so if Mobikwik initiated it should be credited in 3-5 days

just paid 5k * 2 transactions to axis cc from mobikwik , mobikwik refunded money after 20min saying transaction failed what is the issue?
by when can i expect refund ;_;
i have ready many people complaining that postpe takes 45 days to refund that is the reason for posting guys
