PPF Transfer initiated from SBI to ICICI, when will ICICI Call me?

I have PPF account through SBI and around 7th of of April, I went to branch to initiate transfer of the PPF account from SBI to ICICI. I submitted all the papers and form in SBI along with cancelled cheque of the ICICI bank and SBI PPF Passbook too.
On 11th April, got sms that all my PPF balance has been withdrawn via cheque and account is closed in SBI.
Now I think SBI sends this cheque and the other documents to ICICI with whom I will continue my PPF account. I am not sure when ICICI Bank will receive them and will call me to complete the formalities.
Anyone has any knowledge on the timeline and such?
