I think it would work on any account. Whether it comes on the side of illegal or outright crime in the scale is another question.

Because investments like PPF etc cannot be and should not be made with credit or loan amounts.
Rotated money is basically a credit, which is not an acceptable instrument for ppf investment.
If done, it’s done on risk.
Imo, this is not a wise or calculated risk to be taken.
