None of the Mutual Funds that invest in International Scheme are allowed to register any new lumpsum or new sip; SEBI has put a restriction from 1st Feb for all AMCs; Since PPFAS Flexi MF was investing into International MFs out of the 35% non-domestic equity quota, so that’s also impacted along with other International MFs;
You can use any other Flexi-Cap MFs apart from PPFAS.
