How to use existing Paytm wallet /passbook balance?
I logged into Paytm after few years and found that some amount are in the wallet/ passbook in many of my old accounts.
When I tried recharging number, in the payment screen, it didn’t allow to use my existing balance, mentioned like wallet deactivated, since no transactions for 1 year as per RBI.
How to use these Paytm balance for recharge or bill pay or where it can be used?

They might be asking to update kyc as wallet not used for over a year . I think it should work after kyc update .
Contact nearly non existent cc for it .
