Price of a product i ordered yesterday in sale decreased today how to get the difference back ?

I ordered a inalsa hand blender yesterday on prime day sale for 1066 and today it got delivered.
I checked the price and now its 999 when the sale has ended and my order isn’t even 24hrs old yet.
I talked to amazon cc and they are denying it saying price fluctuations are common in e-commerce and is not in our hand but in seller’s.
I told them that for a sale exclusive for prime members who pay 999 yearly how can you offer a product on higher rate that too during that sale instead of its regular price and they just kept apologizing and saying nothing is in their hand.
What should i do ?
If the product wasn’t delivered today then i would have cancelled and reordered again but now that’s not the option.

Prime day sale was total trash. Calling it a sale is an insult to the word sale.
yesterday one electronic item was 500rs. cheaper for prime member. today they have opened the same price to all members. then what is point of prime membership
If product is having return policy , ask the customer care . In my case ,they didn’t help

Flipkart works differently also I think they even don’t compensate if price changes after the sale.
It’s feels bad to see such things happening.
How easy it has become to bluff customer in the name of sale.
It’s always advised to keep track of price of products one wants to buy before the sale starts else these things have become inevitable now.
Actually i had checked the price with price history and it was lower than the last few weeks by some odd 200rs so i thought its a good deal but never knew they could go even further low after their so called prestigious sale.

Do call them again and say there is a defect, firstly it will be replaced and say again on replacement order that there is a defect, on replacement order u will get refund. Although it’s a lengthy process, but will work out. And meanwhile you can order new one at today’s price as well
Too much hassle.. not worth it ( For 67rs PD )

That’s why I chose far away delivery date for non important products. And track price for next one or two days

I suggest to ignore as the difference is just 67. Again rewrapping the product and raising return request and waiting for refund will not be worth for 67.
I suggest you to check price of product in Pricehistory website before ordering next time.
Yeah my parents also saying that leave it now but still this was bad on their end.

Last year prime sale I bought one or two products, this year prime I bought zero products. They didn’t have to do a prime sale for name sake.

bro its just 67 rs, so just chill. My difference was 3.5k, it was 1 year back, they didn’t give the difference. It was heavy furniture so can’t cancel it before accepting delivery as it was a heavy one and the seller might have done lots of efforts to ship it.

Contact CS and claim your refund bruh! That’s your right! “If you purchased something on Amazon and the price drops within a week of buying it, you can request a refund on the difference!” It’s official policy of Amazon and I have claimed a refund few months back.I don’t know if they have changed their policy for India.Hopefully it’s still the same. A product in my wishlist price was increased in Feb and stayed there constantly. Price decreased for few days in May but I missed it. Just a day before prime sale its price decreased by 1300, but I waited for sale day hoping extra 200 decrease which is it’s sale price in GIF sale. But amazon idiots have increased price back by 1300 on prime sale. Now I have to wait another 3 months to get it.
I bought a laptop in 2018 prime sale @ 1lakh, the same laptop was sold @ 82k after 3 months in GIF sale. Shit happens. Just let it go for mental peace.
In this prime sale, i bought echo dot 3rd gen for 2299 on the first day of sale. On the 2nd day, price was still same but 250 rs coupon was available to apply in my account. So i called Customer care and asked for price difference. And I got 250 gv without any need of discussion.
This 15-day price difference guarantee is applicable on amzn for specific sellers only. So seller matters.
Bro after the product delivered you can see the options like replace click on that and now set the option as ,“incompatible or not useful” this is going to help you. I have done it last time it has worked me try it at your own risk.
It happened to me also. Price dropped in few hours. When I contacted CC, he asked me what if the price increased and the seller asked you to pay the difference?
