PRIME REWARDS not working after renewal

After the renewal of Prime Membership, I have stopped getting Prime Rewards of 2%
Received Welcome to Prime Rewards Mails immediately after renewal.
Auto Reload of 1000 is also activated.
Have raised a complaint with customer care. They seem to be clueless as well.
Any idea?

The Offer is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Yeah same happened with me. CC team had no clue when I checked with them. Thereafter, I went through tnc and found we can enjoy this reward for 12months only. So I just removed my card for auto-reload

Stopped working for me almost a year back. Its for 12 months from the date of first activation.
