I am not able to claim data delight for my vi number for this month.
Month is ending but the data delight number 121249 not working..
It says dialed number is wrong.
Also getting message after call.

Data delight gets activated after daily data over.
And after daily data over, I can't access vi app.. I don't have wifi at home...
So clarify about 121249 number..
All vi customers please try to call on this number and tell me whether it's working or saying invalid number?

I always claimed it by using the app. Calling the IVR number never worked for me. The option to claim bonus data is available once the daily data falls below 100MB.Also even if it's over one can still use the app to avail the offer as data isn't cutoff completely after the daily quota is exhausted but limited to 8KBps.

My experience is different.
After data getting over, vi app does not even open.
So I have no option than 121249.
Now the number is not working since my 666 recharge...
Looks like vi don't want to give benefits to me..
