Product neither delivered nor money refunded.

I had purchased two watches from yepme.com. Each was of 360 Rs. to get the benefit of free shipping offer I had paid them online via mobikwik. During the process of ordering the item i had logged in as guest and not created any account.
But when the payment was done my money was deducted from wallet but still I didn’t get any confirmation from yepme however I thought it would be technical glitch.
To my surprise when I tracked my order few days after that with the order id that i had got on placing order it showed that the order was not existing.
On complaining to yepme they refused to accept any claim and I didn’t receive any watch till date. I had complain to online consumer forum but till date my claim is not indemnified.
