Product not delivered and e-commerce fraud

Dear all,
I had ordered a product (Garnier Grape water ) through this e-commerce and also paid the shipping charges, but to my surprise the product is not delivered and also the Land line , Toll free number which is provided in the portal also do not function.
In the Contact us details there are two mobile numbers which 90410-88733 and 90410-77733 are being provided, which is not picked by any one.
There is no response on mail as well, you would never be able to track the product either.
Request all the people not to buy online using this portal and ensure that if you are purchasing then use only cash on delivery option.
