Hey dimers, it’s me Manish. You all are my friends and I don’t want you all to struggle like me. I want to tell you all my case where I am struggling to replace my laptop (PID: https://www.flipkart.com/acer-aspire-3-ryzen-5-...).My Order ID is OD116662323519825000. It had been just 4 days of using my laptop when I noticed meshing fault in my laptop display. The seller was RetailNet. I raised a replacement under standard item replacement of 10 days and after that, twice the Acer technician visited my home performing all necessary action for replacement. Then I got a letter from Acer stating that replacement is now approved and further actions will be taken by Flipkart.
Now from that day I checked the status of my replacement on flipkart which isn’t changing at all. Flipkart is not provivng appropriate solution and blatantly delaying my issue. I tried a lot to talk to their higher authority but they all seem to be a bit arrogant.
Now I am stuck in that condition where I cannot even use my laptop as it has been sealed by Acer for replacement. Acer support was really wonderful in this case. They were kind and generous enough to help me. And their Zonal Head is really great. He helped me a lot to resolve this issue.

Please dimers, buy from Amazon, you won’t regret later unlike me. Just ignore flipkart even if has sweet offers for you. It’s just a trap.

Ask acer flipkart won’t entertain , maybe they’ll replace your laptop .
Also ask some advocate friend of yours, send them a notice.

Message in twitter you get a quick response if they tell DM your details do it but attach necessary proof in twitter hide sensitive information you get a quick solution

Its all the same story since walmart’s acquisition and iam quite sure once all the customers get attracted to online shopping,even amazon will follow the same.
Left flipkart 2-3 years back with similar kind of experience and have ordered only one time since that as it was an flipkart exclusive product.And iam happy not to regret on my decision of leaving flipkart….

Came across many similiar kind of issues on return/replacement policy of flipkart but even worst is that flipkart also blocks accounts with balances of even 30000+ and dont care of returning it to customer back instead act rude
They are the worst as of now even below paytm, snapdeal 
Even Amazon is sending technicians via inspection service (Amazon Home Services) for return/replacement of high valued electronics
And these technicians are no different than Jeeves log..all noobs
Flipkart will never approve replacement even if it’s a genuine issue… Faced issue with a mobile purchased by a relative recently.

yeah i know flipkart is wrong in this case, but what would you prefer purchasing it offline , and what will happen if the product gets damage have they ever replaced it , sorry for your problem bro but still flipkart is better in service than most of the offline store guy . Again sorry what you are facing
Thanks for the reply. If purchased online, and the product is defected, then Acer will send technician to your address, he will inspect your laptop, if found defective, will issue DOA aka Dead On Arrival Certificate, he will pack the item and Acer will replace it with new piece.
So all and all, Acer is giving better service even in offline mode.

Well, online shopping is yet to come a long way, have been shopping online since long time and its like a 50-50 thing, either you are satisfied or made to run for replacements/returns and in worst case never ending exchanges of mails/calls…heard your conversations, all thier excecutives have been trained like Mr abhinandan “Not suppose to tell you this” they are literally bots, they will repeat their scripts no matter you shout on top of your voice, sorry for your case bro, the problem is within their backend team who does all processing, telecallers are mere bait. My friend ordered vivo v9 and received v11. He was have doubt for warranty so asked flipkart to replace it. No one at flipkart have responded properl. Atlast he kept it. Though no issue in mobile

Update 1: Replacement was initiated and even brought till my doorstep just to realise that the consignment initiation from Bilaspur (India) had mentioned physical damage and I had mentioned Internal Damage while placing replacement order. The ekart guy took the new laptop back with him leaving me utmost sad and a new date of 30 October was assigned. Now this date isn’t the final. The new date given to me on 30 Oct is 31 October. This keeps iterating further.
Customer care is WORST of Flipkart…
Even listening one of the recording, felt enraged. The guy simply wanted replacement and flipkart person saying what exactly you want… Too much irritating..
I Had similar issue with Flipkart and was left unresolved. Rather than chasing them till the end, I accepted defeat and remain silent. For some money why should I lessen my years in life.
Amazon people in other side atleast gets what we say, So, Until and unless you are getting MASSIVE Discount Dont opt for Flipkart. Only Loot type deals should be bought from them. Amazon is much better than them in almost every segment.
Flipkart just blocks accounts, without any reason. when asked about it, even they dont have exact reason, just saying system flagged it…

Update 2: I got a call from CS escalation team on Nov 1 2019 after I dropped a mail on 31 October 2019. The executive said that she will revert with an update by 4 Nov 2019. The recording proof is available in the drive which can be accessed using the above link. The file name is update 1 nov escalation team.

Their CS Team Sucks Big Time. Recently Even I Faced Issue With Them For Refund.
It Was Initiated On 12th Oct And Was Expected To Be In My Account By 23rd Oct (As Per Flipkart). So Till Then I Didn’t Checked And On 24th Oct Contacted Them Via Email With My Most Recent Bank Statement And Got Reply That I Will Get Revert Within Next 72hrs. Next Day i.e 25th I Got Call, That Person Said He Has Escalated The Issue (Same Thing Which Was Mentioned On Email Previous Day). Then On 27th Oct I Got A Msg That Refund Has Been Initiated And Shortly I Got Call Again Saying The Same Thing Which Was On Msg And Wait Till 30th Oct And I Will Get Refund.
But Even Today I Haven’t Received Refund.
Called Few Hours Ago , They Said Bank Holidays Might Delayed The Refund,So Wait Till Monday.
same thing is happening with me. But for replacing the defected product. They are just postponing the resolution date.
They are just f**kers. I don’t want to be more vulgar.
Update 3: Flipkart altogether rejected my replacement request and deducted 100 supercoins also. Neither did that CS head responded as promised by Nov 4 nor did the Flipkart CS team.

it’s true. Flipkart’s return is a mess. I have been fighting with them since 12th October and only today was my return approved. Got a Fake SSD in a box of a samsung 860 (pic attached). The outer courier box was not tampered with clearly it was the seller f’ing up.
Even in my case the seller was same as yours – RetailNet.
