I am writing this email to bring to your attention an issue with my credit card account. I have noticed that the cashback that I should have received from my credit card(Rupay offer, up to INR 100 cashback per month) has not been credited to my account for the months of December to March.
I have been a loyal customer of HDFC Credit Card for many years now and have always made timely payments. I am disappointed that the cashback amount due to me has not been credited, and I would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and credit the cashback amount to my account as soon as possible.
