Buy DC fans, also known as BLDC as they are DC current fans and save you 50% in electricity bills so if you have them on a long time they really save you the extra cost in a couple of years. Also in a room with an AC, they generate far less heat than regular fans and there also saving you electricity costs as the AC do not have to also cool the heat generated by normal fans. The air circulation is actually higher than normal fans in most cases and I use 2 of them, a larger one and a regular size one and I can never put the larger on on high speeds because of the air flow.. The smaller one only puts air under it so that’s not as much of a problem..

That’s y i prefer atomberg which is bldc for everyday use..Other 2 Crompton fans r energy efficient which is 53w which is for occasional use..

There is no energy efficiency.. It does that by lowering airflow. Unless the entire thing is electric you can not increase efficiency for AC motors.. You could use 3 phase AC to lower power requirements by almost half. Thats why it uses so much power since it is easy to convert single phase to 3 phase AC easily and cheaply but at the expense of increased power requirements and generating heat.

I always wondered about trains that uses just a single phone.. imagine the wasted power as most of them also uses AC motors instead of DC motors but using DC power lines has huge line loss so they all use AC except in a few minor cases.. And since DC motors dont waste so much evergy as heat, they last forever.. Like those fans inside computers thats on for decades.. AC motors dont last as long as the heat degrades like those portable fans.. I need to buy a new one every couple of years. Celing fans being so big lasts much longer but not as much as DC fans..
