Same issue. I went to pvr again, then they said they will activate again but still not done.

Purchased pvr physical gift card in August month in pvr cinemas when I tried to use it in online today it tells card is not activated.
I used Slice card to our purchase this gift card.
person noted email id and mobile number ,then said gift card will be activated within 3 days. It been 2 months.
How to get activated this card whom I have to contact.
