Query About Credit Card UPI Refund
I performed a UPI transaction worth 1114 to a local electronic shop. I used the Bhim app to pay the money. The merchant was using Google Pay for Business. At the time of the transaction, The transaction failed in the BHIM app and the reason showed as "Your bank's server is temporarily down". The transaction failed but my money was debited from my CC account(Kotak League Rupay CC). The transaction date was on 10th September. I am yet to receive my refund.
My queries will be:
1. How many working days will it take to refund money if something goes wrong with CC UPI?
2. Whom to contact in such cases? (Bank's normal Customer Care or Credit Card department)

Update: Received the refund (14th September). No message received for the refund. It got credited silently.

I also made a transaction using league on 9 sept no refund recieved yet called support agent he said i have forwarded your issue....
But last time when i used this cc upi to pay at Paytm merchant and that time transaction was failed but i received refund after 2 days but this time i made payment to paytm fastag and money got stucked🤦

50K failed using ICICI Coral rupay card on 02 September and refund already received by ICICI Bank but They haven't credited amount back to card & contacted regarding it and they mentioned "we are facing technical issues so you will be recieved refund before 02 October" and on 12 September my CC bill generated and I need to pay 50K😕
@abhishek012 I asked for temporary credit limit and chargeback but They mentioned chargeback only for disputed transaction and we have already received refund but due to technical issue we will credit back it in 30 days...no only you many other user facing same issue and pay Only minimum charge....
RBI ombudsman main complain karkar 3000 mil jayega kya😀 Rs 100 per day ke hisab se...

ICICI already give temp credit to those people who applied for UPI chargeback before bill generate but your bill is already generated, now you have to pay your bill.

Bro if failed transaction amount only Rs 50-100, I will wait more than 1 month but it's total 50K🥺...now I need to pay this amount and after recieving refund ICICI will transfer excess amount in Bank account.
