1st month is also considered for milestone.

Hi Everyone, recently got magnus, just wanted to understand when we speak about spending 1L+ in a month, how exactly the month is taken into consideration.
Eg: If my card is approved today ie 9th April, so for milestone benefits will it be 9th April - 9th May or is it calendar month like 9th Apr-30th Apr & then 1st May - 31st May so on?
Or is it statement date to next statement date?
Also, I read somewhere that first month is not considered for milestone benefits? Is it true?
Also, the Edge points conversion to miles, is the miles fully redeemable or is there a cap? Though there shouldn't be but just want to get it confirmed :)
TIA

Its better to visit Axis site for correct answers
As per updated tnc, first month is also eligible for milestone benefit (9th to 30th April in your case).
Off topic, how long do u think this offer will continue? It's already been over a year now.
My card anniversary is about 6 months away and I need to stop spending on it soon, if it is going to be removed beforee that. (Considering 4 months time required to credit points for my spends)😉.

r u redeeming to miles r normal use
Both (miles came in last 6 months only). But i was talking about earning part.
I was one of the few users who had edge rewards based cards during early grab deals sale, which didn't had any capping and multipliers were like 20x-30x on Amazon.

Great! Thanks everyone!
Btw which is the most preferred airline partner to convert edge points?
Again, understood that it depends on personal choice! But just to understand which is seamless end-to-end? @Knight11 @guest_999

Although mostly folks using it to get around 25-30% based on their practical expenses, but definitely if it falls in the hands of a pro churner, he can reap it to the max 60-70% XD

Now, obviously, one might say that the Yatra vouchers itself are generally discounted at 10-15% or so, and then the CV points are also discounted at says 10-15%, hence effective discounted reward rate still comes to roughly 50%. Now one might argue that who's gonna buy 1L of Yatra voucher, so be it, get some other useful vouchers but that generally reduces to 5X, so effectively reducing the reward rate to 45%, and the discounted reward rate to roughly 30%... You can get different combinations of gift vouchers with 5X/10X as per your need. So, it all depends on your spending use case, or rather trading voucher use case XD

aren’t edge rewards from grabdeals capped to 10k per month?

Grabdeals points is capped to 10K, but there's no point capping in Gyftr/edgerwards.
Grabdeals is an affiliate program which is useful when wanting to directly shop from sites like Marks&Spencer and all.
Gyftr/edgerewards is a voucher buying platform (just like hdfc gyftr) which is useful to buy vouchers like that of Chroma, Yatra etc. There's no edge point capping, however there are capping to certain vouchers like Amazon Pay and all.
