[Query] BoB Eterna - "Unlimited" Domestic Lounge Access

People holding BoB Eterna, does it truly provide “unlimited” domestic lounge access ? As per the features of the card, it is supposed to (and even to add-on cards), but a friend of mine who tried to swipe for the 3rd time in the same quarter got it declined; So anyone who’s already holding this card, can you please confirm if it’s really unlimited ?

I too faced a similar problem. Today I tried using BOB eterna card at Mumbai Adani Lounge for the first time. They said it’s not valid for domestic airport longe access. I recall the documentation saying ‘unlimited airport domestic lounge access’. Why BOB cheats people like this?
