[Query] Credit Card Add-On Airport Lounge Access

I am holding Axis Ace credit card, which has airport lounge access 4 times a calendar year. Do add-on card applicants also get their own independent lounge access as they have unique credit card number?
If yes, then is this universally same for all card issuers issuing unique credit card numbers for add-on applicants?
Can they charge me full price of lounge later on after getting in for free/Rs. 2?
Appreciate your thoughts and experiences, someone who uses lounge most of time or someone working at a lounge/bank.

What about Axis LIC Signature credit card add-ons?
as far i know very few cards like yes exclusive,hdfc infinia gives unlimited lounge access for add-ons, which won’t be there in any basic entry-level cards.may be someone can confirm though

No lounge access for add on cards
Only HDFC diners Black and Infinia offer lounge access to add on cards holders too
But HDFC charges for add on cards too right?

I am having Yes First Exclusive, Hdfc Regalia, Axis flipkart CC.
Can anyone confirm out of these 3, which CC will give lounge access to add-on card holder at domestic airports ?
I checked both yes exclusive & hdfc regalia site, But couldn't find any such clarification. Some people are saying HDFC regalia dose allow. anyone personally tried it ?
I have this Yes First Exclusive card
Number of complimentary lounge access:
a. YES FIRST Exclusive Credit Card – Primary cardmembers enjoy up to 3 complimentary lounge visits
per calendar quarter.
But international lounge access is unlimited including add-on cards using priority pass.
For both Flipkart AXIS and Regalia there is no mention of whether add-on card is eligible for domestic lounge access. So you can try at lounge with add-on card.
I don’t think that add on card user can avail free lounge access like primary holder for this card
