Just avoid, very dangerous, if they block your account then you would not be able to buy new phone or can pay the remaining 30% leading to your phone also blocked using Knox s/w
In any case you may end up paying remaining 30% as they reject exchange even for small sratches
So be content with 10% no frills discount
