How will I get cashback if I have upgraded the credit card.I am having hdfc freedom card and want to upgrade to millennia.I did some transactions with smartbuy.

Get the confirmation directly from HDFC first and only then upgrade…
Send them an email because written confirmation is always better than verbal and can’t be denied later…

Include your full name, registered mobile number and the last 4 digits of your credit card alongwith your query..Don’t provide the full card number or your card expiry or CVV or any photo of the card… I know you won’t but still thought I should tell you… : )
Send email only from your HDFC registered email address…
Snartbuy transaction will not affected by card upgrade. But credit card points will affect…..
As suggested confirm with HDFC CC. Most probably you’ll get the smartbuy cb & you may have to encash CC reward points.
