Query: IDFC cc balance transfer offer

I have received an offer via app notification which says, I will get 1,000 rs. cashback by transferring other credit card's balance to idfc credit card for minimum amount 25,000.
I have not received any mail and also I can't see this offer in application. So will it work for me?

Wait for personalised offer on email or whatsapp. App notification is not guarantee that the offer is active for you. I had received the offer on whatsapp, after that done the balance transfer and got refund of processing fee and received 1000rs voucher as well check here
