I had recently took a Tata neu HDFC card which also gave me priority pass. But before the physical card delivered I had to travel international. Now I have return travel next month and want to use the lounge here in Singapore. Can I use priority pass card picture to access lounge? Also I tried to register on priority pass app using the card number. I was able to register but my card details and HDFC card details are not showing on the app after registration. How do I address this issue as there is no customer care number for priority pass .

You'll not see any details of your CC on PP app. It will show the PP details and not even how many free access left.
Actually the PP bills to the CC and CC waive off the fee per your card offer (let's say you've 4 free access, CC bank will waive of till 4 usage and thereafter will post charges)
Plan your travel accordingly.

I contacted HDFC they said they don't have details about it and you will billed only once you exhausted free usage limit.
