Query regarding credit card application

Currently I am having hdfc cc. Going to apply for new credit card.

Rbl - Zomato, bookmyshow 

Axis - Flipkart, freecharge, airtel

SBI - Paytm, sprint

I don't have any account from above mentioned banks.

Which of these card I can apply?

Any pre-approved offers from these card?  

Which credit card application will be approved without any delay ?

Your thoughts will be helpful for me. guide me to choose new card
