query regarding credit card emi payment

Please help if anyone has any idea on below query.
What if you order something online ex.Flipkart and then choose paying via emi installments but because of some or the other reason and meanwhile your bank has converted the paid amount to emi option. Now Flipkart has reversed/refunded the amount. Will the emi conversion be canceled or the emi will continue as it is and i will have to bear the interest charges?

U have to call bank and cancel EMI, there may be fore-closure charges around 2-3% and GST
