Query regarding G.Pay offer

So i see this offer under Google pay wherein you need to invite a user and upon his first payment you’ll receive Rs. 180. Well it’s a good offer it seems but nowhere it’s mentioned exactly how much is needed to be paid by this invited user! I read the TnC twice now, it’s not mentioned. Anyone has any idea?

Your invited friend can transfer as low as Rs1 . There is no condition of transaction amount. You will get Rs180 and your friend will get Rs21.
