The same type of issue. Here I received the coupon. But they never sent the gift card I redeemed. The GC provider was Kropconnex. The Kropconnex said that my request had been rejected by the bank due to mismatch of email and reg mob number. Then I raised the issue to the bank, 2 months passed still they couldn't able to resolve it.

I have not got my Smartbuy cashback for March/April month,eventhough fulfill the condition. When i raised to HDFC , they keep asking for 15 days for solution and after 15 days, they responded you will get voucher in next 15 days or asking for time again.
Now i escalated to second level and then again they started asking 15 days to resolution. Like this 45 days gone and still no results.
Is there any way to escalate to RBI Ombudsman, or i have to go to HDFC Greviance Office first and then escalate to RBI.
I keep getting this offer but never getting gift voucher eventhough satisfying the condition.

Have you mailed to priority redressal email? Always received quicker resolutions except for 2 times where it took over a month.

Priority Redressal is for Credit card or Debit Card?. If for debit card, can you share the email address, please?.
I am worried after all the resolution, they will send the expired voucher
