Query regarding HDFC platinum debit card and Payzapp app

Recently opened a salary account with HDFC. On Mar 3 I paid my electricity bill on the payzapp app using the HDFC platinum debit card.
According to HDFC’s site, the platinum debit card provides 1 cashback for every 100 spent on utility bill payment. However, now an entire week has passed but I still haven’t received the cashback points yet. Is debit card payment made through Payzapp app is not eligible for cashback points for utility bill payment? Or does it takes longer time? If yes, how much longer should I wait? BTW I still haven’t received the cashback on payzapp for my electricty bill payment as well. Will my HDFC debit card’s cashback points will be reflected after I receive cashback on payzapp?
A week prior to paying the electricity bill, I had recharged my mobile using my HDFC platinum dc on the payzapp app. The cashback points were reflected on my account after 2-3 days iirc.

If you have any credit card other than hdfc then use it for paying utility bills on payzapp and then pay cards bill using hdfc platinum dr card via hdfc NetBanking. That way you’ll earn reward points on that card and finally 1% on platinum DC

For PayZapp, in general the cashback for mobile recharges (prepaid things) gets credited within a day or two; for bills it takes more than a week or two.
For credit/debit card points, HDFC takes max 90 days to credit.
