Suppose someone has to pay income tax of 7.5 lakhs... Via epay.... Do we have to pay 7.5 lakh in one transaction or can we do it in 2-3 transactions like... Some amount using netbanking and remaining amount using credit card....??

You can do in splits too and those splits can be cc or dc or upi or netbanking whatever is allowed.
