Query regarding Niki-Amazon coupon

Has anybody received cashback for coupon which was collected on minimum payment of Rs 100 on Niki?
I had collected 3 coupons out of which two were from failed recharge trick.
I haven’t got cashback even for the successful one.
Customer care doesn’t know shit.

I had More coupon of Rs 100 on 250
50% upto rs 200 on scan n pay coupon
100 on 500 coupon from previous send money offer.
another 50 coupon for send money offer
and niki coupon for Rs 100.
ordered stuff for 550..
got 450 cb
but the niki cashback wasn’t provided.
further all other coupons page show as cashback has been issued.
except for niki which still shows order now.
And yes…i did my payment via Amazon upi only.

I am also facing same issue. I have not received Cashback in my 2 accounts even for Dream11 transaction too… Shitty customer service doesn’t have any clue about these offers & simply passing time since 20 days. I have stopped expecting cb for these two offers now.
Can you explain a bit more.
How do you know you didn’t received cashback for this offer
