Query Regarding Railway RAC Ticket

If you cancel your confirm rac ticket before 48 hrs themonly 60 rupees will get deducted.

If you cancel your confirm rac ticket before 12hrs  25% of base fess will get deducted.

If you cancel your confirm rac ticket before 4 hrs , 50% of base fess will get deducted and rest you get returned.

And for waiting rac ticket , if cancel before 30 minutes, will get your money back - clear charges(60).

Bhai waiting RAC kya hota? Only clerkage charges deducted at time cancellation of RAC ticket irrespective of time.

If it confirmed after chart preparation, no refund will be issued

Till 30 mins before Departure time it can be cancelled and Cancellation chgs 60 only will be deducted per passenger.

Bro if i have rac tickets does it means it will get confirmed for seat sharing berth ?

Yes u can board the train, ur seat will be shared with another passenger.

There is slim chance of CNF if the passenger allocated to ur seat have cancelled their RAC ticket between this chart preparation time to 30 mins before train departure time. Final chart preparation will be done before 30 mins of Dep time. But chances are very very less.

RAC after chart preparation mandatorily means you'd be sharing your seat. Very slim chances of the person sharing the seat cancels / does not turn up. You may request the ticket checker to allot any other vacant seat, they do it free sometimes or sell it to passengers travelling without a ticket
