Query regrading DBS BMS winpin codes

My friend got BMS winpin codes under DBS offer. In the communication received from DBS it is mentioned “Winpins are locked to the given BINS: VDC:xxxxxx PDC:xxxxxx” & “at the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the cinema/venue box office for actual tickets”. What exactly does these conditions means? My friend is planning on exchanging these codes to money by giving them to others.

Means the remaining amount of movie needs to be paid by DBS card

So one needs to use that particular dbs card only(BINS mentioned in communication) & can not be used with other cards/mode of payments. Have you used dbs bms winpin codes before & is it like this for any similar bms winpin offer?
