Get in touch with your branch manager. I think they would consider and appreciate your relationship value of over 1L and give you a pre approved offer.
ps: from your post I couldn’t discern if you were looking for Millennia LTF or chargeable basis. They will most happily issue on chargeable if you were asking, even without the 1L RV
Ask them to convert it to Millenia LTF ; I got downgraded from regalia to millenia LTF

Fk axis gives 5% on Flipkart only where as millennia 5% both Az and FK but Flipkart axis gives 1.5% on other transaction but millennia gives 1%
