There would be some percentage of that too but IN LONG RUN system would be more positive and ENTREPRENEURSHIP would be acceptable by these bold Gestures rather than DOING A JOB
And yes this is just a symbolic one but THIS IS A RIGHT STEP & 25K is decent money to start rather to be some peanuts

Such Financial schemes are the reason why middle class taxpayers feel cheated because they expect Governments to provide better law n order and infrastructure so everyone can grow but such freebie schemes are resulting in more tax burden on them. We already have such schemes for farmers but nothing has changed. Another scam likely.

That's the usual non profit seeker & Rent paying mentality....
But being part of profit rather than on Regular dose of drug called salary is way better
And this is a step towards making that more appealing
And yes there would be some scams but overall it moves the needle in a positive way in Long run

Peter Thiel of PAYPAL had the similar kind of ENTREPRENEURSHIP program running for more than a Decade & Have been giving 1 lakh USD for every College dropout pursuing a entrepreneurship journey and it has created lakhs of Employment if not more..... And that came from the California govts example earlier. So atleast if something similar would be a hope

People capable of starting a good business would already be employed at 2-3 lakhs a month.
Its not as if someone was waiting for this moment.

Why is it necessary to ask people to leave their jobs? Why can't just help jobless people gain skills, get training, and start their own business? More FREEBIES and a waste of taxpayer's money. Another scam in the making. 🤬

My question is why name it "Rajiv Gandhi Entrepreneurship Programme?". Are there no acclaimed 'entrepreneurs' from Karnataka who built a highly successful ecosystem?
The name itself suggests that it is aiming at some political benefit.
Remember, all these schemes are funded by tax payers.

just wanted to know legal ways to do this efficiently (but visiting once or few times is fine) just want to know the legal things that DONT BITE ME IN A**S LATER

You have to be indian citizen with OVD and can register a company.... That's plain & simple but getting this scheme may be not easy but the article quotes the ministry clearly saying other state users can register..... So it should be not difficult. But should cone with fairly straightforward checks to avoid shell ones and in fact this income itself needs you to File ITR as it's 3 lakh /year So it would have some semblance of accountability
