If you want to raise a dispute, Is Purchasing of CIBIL report from CIBIL website is mandatory or not?

some banks directly show credit card number in credit reports whereas some banks like axis show account id of that card (different from card no), so it's ok if your card no is showing different in credit reports
also if some other details are incorrect then disputing on cibil/experian doesn't work, you have to contact that bank directly and ask them to report correct data to all credit bureaus..
