Yes its fine. Unused ram is wasted ram so every os will try to cache maximum things in RAM. Also move your OS (C: ?) to SSD

can somebody help me if the ram usage is proper in my computer, its an old computer with not so powerful processor.
i have 2 sticks of ddr3 ram of 2+4 gb.

Have you shared 3 GB RAM to Graphics Card in BIOS? Because its only showing 3 GB RAM hardware reserved.

No, i dont have graphics card, i have updated bios driver just before installing the ram stick, can i change anything to improve it?

Thats a temporary ssd, but soon I'll get a one when any deal comes for 128gb sata ssd. Also, would you recommend installing 64bit windows in this system?

In case of integrated graphics a portion of the main memory is reserved exclusively for it's use. Check in the BIOS if there's a setting to control how much of the RAM is allocated to the iGPU or not? 512MB should fine for most workloads that are not GPU intensive.

bios allocating 3gb to ur ipgu change that and u'll have a lots of ram
other than that normal windows do use 2gb ram even in idle now a days so thats ok

In bios settings, there's no option for checking or changing ram allocated to gpu, where can i find it?
Few YouTube videos show regedit , my computer is dell optiplex 380
