Let me tell you as someone who has tasted " Raw honey" just minutes after they cut a portion of a naturally occurring beehive.
• They squeeze the that portion of beehive to extract the honey. Which can leaves some body parts of the worker bees and remains of larvae in the honey. Though we strain it through a fine cloth to get rid of such impurities, we certainly know some bee remains still exist in the honey.
The thickness, colour, sweetness or taste can vary on multiple factors like nectar of flowers which the bees fed on, season, Species of bee etc. But generally honey I the Raw honey in rural Bengal are little less sweet and more transparent than typical Dabur honey. There might not be any clear difference between pure natural raw honey and store bought honey.
•• Best way to get Pure Raw honey is to get in contact with people who are involved in *Bee keeping business. They don't get honey from natural hives. Only boxed hives. Many of them might sell online. Infact Dabur is one of the biggest buyer of such honey.
If you are looking for real Exotic honey then be ready spend thousands of rupees per kg. Do your own Research, otherwise you'd be duped.

Visit the nearest honeybee farm.
As per some studies, Himalayan Kartik Honey is the best.

Most honey are fake. Even the so called raw honey. Even costlier ones are fake mostly. Personally tried and tested.
And best one is manuka. I think green in new zealand or something.
