I have lodged a complaint against sbi card pvt ltd on 13-12-2022 on RBI ombudsman portal .. however till today the complaint is not marked closed nor i got response from SBI . As per ombudsman policy complaint has to be closed within 30 days but its almost 2 months.
I also emailed RBI regarding this seeking status of the complaint however they closed the reference citing some clause. but my main complaint is still pending.. so what are options i have now ? what to do next ? pls guide if anyone knows

My complaint also stayed pending for 2 months , randomly got call from axis one day.
You are not the only one who made a complaint against SBI cards in the past two months or so (Number could be in hundreds). Anyways if this is related to forfeiting cashback/RP it is a lost case IMO
The Regulated Entity shall, on receipt of the complaint, file its written version in reply to the averments in the complaint enclosing therewith copies of the documents relied upon, within 15 days before the Ombudsman for resolution.
Provided that the Ombudsman may, at the request of the Regulated Entity in writing to the satisfaction of the Ombudsman, grant such further time as may be deemed fit to file its written version and documents.
PS: My last complaint got resolved within 20 days
I had a similar issue when my complaint was not answered by Ombudsman as well as SBI 2-3 years back for more than a month then I filled an RTI application to RBI & SBI to update me on the status of complaint
For Complaints they can keep them pending but RTI they have to answer in a month
against the RBI, writ in high court is the only option.

I'm using JIO number but I don't get OTP on RBI complaints page. Has anyone faced similar problem?
