Now my card is visible but as per condition it is not LTF. It says spend 1.5 lacs for membership fee free. As per email received it was LTF.

This shitty bank created a new credit account in CIBIL for this card, instead of just using the Edition one !!! Useless folks...

The score doesn't worry me, the report does... bekar mein one extra entry in the report, and then a closed one... stupid folks could have simply used that one, just like how all other banks do in case of credit card upgrade or even transfer (like citi to axis)...

Through customer support, I have also raised a request for transferring the excess credit balance to bank account. I was told, it takes 3 working days. @stoptomove

I had lowered my online limit through transaction controls in App and the card limit got revised to that amount, first time seeing any bank doing this, for all my cards I control the limit and only change while making big transactions.

Today got another mail for edition classic limit revision 😜
