Rbl CC Payment : Paid Extra Due To payment gateway Issues they are denying reversal HELP !!!!!!

So,I was making a payment of my bill of around 45000 to rbl Credit card ,i paid in parts because my friend owed money to me, so i thought paying amount of 30000 via his debit card and that was huge mistake money got deducted from his acc but did not update in my credit limit and i did not get any confirmation from rbl for the same ( generally limit gets refreshed immediately and i receive a confirmation message ) so i called the customer care they told me to wait for 48 hours and in case money gets credited you can ask for the reversal or settle your EMI and i waited and nothing happened after that it was still showing payment is due. so i paid 30000 more as the due date was approaching but today after 4-5 days the stuck amount of 30000 reflected in my cc limit.. Now when i call the customer care they are saying we cant reverse the amount we can only settle your EMI ( WITH PRECLOSURE CHARGES) Kindly

it was not showing anything in the app for 4 days and payments i made afterwards started showing immediately
Now think of loading a wallet and send to bank, little loss, but better than fighting those notorious RBL guys.
or buy Amazon gvs and sell
which wallet do you use or prefer ? buying gv is a waste because while selling people ask for discounts
This is an issue with most banks. They can’t reverse excess funds if there are any going EMIs or unbilled amount. Amex gives the user an option to refund or adjust the unbilled.
So best would be to find a person who can utilize the credit and pay you. Or go with paytm etc rotation options based on what you feel optimized.
Afaik if bill is paid and not reflected,it will show as in processing state in rbl app itself.didn’t u noticed that?
