Got pre approved RBL shoprite credit card. RBL agent came & did KYC today & after 5~6 hours got approval msg but limit is not mentioned. Furthermore there is not mentioned if card is LTF. I had told RBL will take this card only if offered to me LTF. I have call recording of the whole conversation. Though I don't need this card just took it for some banks discounts. Sometimes there is sales going on Citi, RBL, BOB credit card so I thought I should have one of these card.

I hold Zomato CC of theirs. Support is decent. I had some query. Mailed them, got response within 3 hours.

It should be LTF. Your approval SMS and email should have mentioned zero annual fees. Ask the agent to send email confirmation.
