RBL payment before due date - Getting too many calls

I am using RBL card from 2 months or so and for this month the due date is 12th Oct… I haven’t made the payment yet and RBL already started calling me from last week asking to make payment and they are insisting to provide screenshot of payment..
I m neither overdue nor crossed my limit..not sure why they are insisting for payment almost 10 days before.. I got atleast 5 calls till now and I am fed up of them…
is this how RBL works usually for all customers ? I hold cards of 5 /6 banks and no one does this kind of follow-up before 10 days !!

I experienced similar issue dur ing when I availed Amazon pay later emi…they always used to call me atleast 10 days before and that too on continuous basis.i finally chose to put their call on spam and block list… without much success
Don’t worry this is their normal behaviour for new customer at least for 6-9 months, once the threshold is crossed they don’t bug you.
6 – 9 months !! That’s crazy ..hope I won’t close my card by then bcoz of these ppl..

this call should have been from moneytap chickens
they did same with me i just told them i am complaining
to grievance cell of RBI
the headless maroon t/f call to lady
after knowing that i have deep knowledge of consumer finance and resdersal issue she apologized and never got any call after this
Yes..it was money tap card… I clearly told the lady that I wnt pay anything til d due date and stop bothering me with the calls…gave all the reasoning and still someone calls me today again !!..
Same happened with me with fk paylater
They started calling me from 10 days before due date, i was on verge of abusing them
Finally stopped using thier stupid service
It has happened to me with ACT broadband even after 5+ years of usage.
They don’t demand payment but a gentle reminder from them, it is very annoying. I either dont answer or just say payment is already made and they happily hang up and call back the next day.
next time they call, receive the call, do not answer or say anything, and keep the cell away without doing anything further. repeat every time they call.
why should callers have all the fun.

Rbl giving good offers now a days I got spend 2 lakh in a month n get amazon fire stick free

I m holding since 3 yrs, never got call for payment. My due date is 5-8th of every month and generally i paid on 2nd or 3rd
