Anyone know how to get them?

Its been two months and i have done my first offline transaction too but no response from them
is there any place to complain about this ?
RBL is a "gone" bank anyways, try to keep away, I shall close my RBL CCs this year...
points will credit between 15-20 every month for previous month offer
This is a real hazzle. You need to follow multiple times for the joining voucher. However all other vouchers are auto credited without any issues
Just lodge complaint to RBI portal of misselling,you should definitely get it

for this very same reason i did one offline and one online transaction to be on the safer side:) -> seen a dimer here suggesting this:) and i did the same thing for my RBL enterprise card
anyone has received the monthly voucher for dec 2024 month yet
