Ready to eat healthy snacks that aren't too expensive ? Cant cook most of the time because of various reasons and end up eating biscuit / cakes/ namkeen etc that are too bad for my health ? Are you aware of some products that are ready to eat , not bad for the health and not too expensive either ( all products marketed as "healthy" from new age start-ups are very expensive for some reason )

DealSeeker had to say this https://desidime.com/searches/full-of-protein-they-are about jhingur/ crickets, maggots and so on.
(He was indulging in light-hearted banter only. his views about animal cruelty, shared here and elsewhere make his stance clear.)
For rest, @quantum and «cough» «cough» 'others' have already shared healthy, safe and (sort of) easy to make/ easy to get .. options in a previous topic https://desidime.com/discussions/what-snacks-to-eat-when-hungry which too can be referred.
I tore my hair apart, trying to locate the earlier topic on https://desidime.com/searches/poha custom searches https://desidime.com/searches/upma.
MUCH later it dawned upon me that it is @malikcool and not @bikidas2060 who made the comment.
I am one of those illiterate who might be sold ANY blue colour plastic bottle, in the name of Parachute oil.
Not that it has not happened at other times too.
But in the snacks thread.. both your comments are almost consecutive.
All that my tiny 🧠 registered.. is..

Likewise, in jio wired internet versus Jio scamtellite internet thread too
this rushed brain totally broke!
It took me good 30 seconds (including scrolling up and down) to realise that although the comment was same, it was made by two different peepal (both using a similar avataar).
roasted chana, roasted almond, roasted peanuts, raisins and puffed rice. Keep them separately and mix only at the time you have them. While mixing, add sliced/diced onion, tomato, cucumber, ginger and add freshly ground black pepper. You can also roast cumin seeds, powder them and keep them for sprinkling on top.
Get Sattu. Put water, lemon and salt and it's ready to drink. Super healthy drink.
Other I like is Salted pista, dates.
