Its a Bosch Dishwasher .
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07J...2C
Currently showing out of stock on amazon .
Installation is not done yet.
Today while discussing with their installation engineer , he asked me see if there is any filter or something inside the box water connection. while unboxing the product . Found a dent . I think it came from mishandling the product by the courier team .
Contacted the amazon, shared this image , their large appliance handling team guy said to proceed with the installation and asked the engineer to provide a jobsheet that the product is damaged. ( is this really needed ? Since I still have retun window).
I don’t think this dent will affect the working of dishwasher .but still this small damage on a brand new product hurts .
Please share your opinion .
As physical damages to the product won’t be covered under the brand warranty. Bosch wont take responsibility for this .

I would ask to replace, by the time engineer installation // jobsheet etc etc happen, the replacement deadline may cross.
If it was me, I would just ignore it and start the washing cycle asap. You can’t expect everything to be fresh nowadays.
Let me know when you are in market for buying garments, car, bike, appliances or electronics…..would like to sell you😈
Do not take, lot of issues can come up in the future like insects crawling, steam coming out during wash etc, any damage to outer packing? I guess seller deliberately sent.
Bought it from Cloudtail Business . No the outer packaging is fine from all side. bottom was fully covered with thermocol but on the top there is just thermocol used on two edges making the other two-side to be prone to damage.
Just return it and have peace of mind .
return the product and wash the utensils urself. Why do u wanna be lazy?
Return or take replacement if available. The dent may not matter now, but will definitely matter in the long run, when you want to exchange/sell.
