Queries faced after onboarding FK axis Bank CC:
Q- FK is running an offer of 1k GV as activation benefit. I received only 500 gv.
Ans- 500 GV will be sent by sms and other 500 will be added in account. (Not verified, waiting for bill generation)
Q- Received 500 GV but it shows it has already been redeemed.?
Ans- Check FK wallet balance, it must have been added in wallet. Instead of showing successful msg for redemption, it shows it has already been redeemed.
Q- Did my first MYNTRA transaction but sms received that this transaction is eligible for 5% CB only. Activation benefits states that first MYNTRA transaction is eligible for 15% CB.?
Ans- Need Ans/Suggestion
Q- I received pre approved limit of x amount for FK axis c. I hold other CC with higher limit and have higher salary. Can I increase the limit with income proof right away?

Minimum 6 months waiting period before you can apply manually for limit increase by submitting income proof in the form of salary slips.

During BBD i noticed FK offering the axis card with 1000 rs cashback so thought will apply the card. Went ahead and submitted the application on FK app. Card was approved in 30 mins and the same was delivered at home on the 5th day with a credit limit of little over 4 lacs . I was expecting someone from Axis to show up to collect the docs before approval but nothing of that sort happened. Is this normal ? Infact they didnt even ask my for a signature. I do have an Axis Bank account savings account if that helps .
