Received damaged product against cashback coupons amazon

I think you can use again.. just returm what is broken keep rest.. incase amazon do wrong.. they are too bad now a days.. no clear info.. even clear info is no use..

Last time during primeday.. i ordered they cancelled. Few order
My coupan were available to use again

From what I understand , take what CC said with a grain of salt .
Prefer mails to confirm stuff.
Atleast I think  you can use mails they sent you against them. If they mail you about concern then you have proof of what they said . You can use to even take action against them if you have proofs.
Imagine I work for a company and I tell you that there is a cashback offer if you buy product X and believing me you bought product X . After you purchase now if I tell you , “sorry , I have brain but it does not work properly so I said whatever came to my mind that time . But now do whatever you can but you will not get 1 rupee cashback also.”
If you have this conversation proof you can complaint against them I think.

It would be wise to keep it since only 3 pieces are broken. Amazon CC and back end team, there is no proper communication among them regarding coupons

@fashionmonger You only have the option to return because from last month they are not entertaining any request for replacement. So return it, you may get your cb credit back. I did but I can’t say the same for you. Your talked to customer care and they specifically mentioned that your cb won’t be reinstated.

If you want to take the risk then return. If you can somehow manage to keep the product thinking, you it’s still cheaper if 3 items are broken then it’s fine too.

I faced something similar too during Prime day loot. I ordered a lehanga chunni set for my daughter. Got 80% cb. When they delivered the product, it was missing the duppata. If I returned then I was sure, I am not getting that cb again considering how Amazon was locking cb those days. So I kept the product.

I get refund same day.. when they pickup.. either way you are going return broken ones.. so no loss incase they dont refund.. if they do its bonus.nif u return all u lose more than u get

@fashionmonger Bro I ordered earphone 3 days back and didn’t like. Returned on next and refund received net of cashback but voucher used which was 20℅ upto 200 is still working. So, as per mine experience codes can be reused in case of returned products.

Refund gets adjusted but coupons can be used again.
Personal experience 15 days back.
I also contacted cc and they said cashback cant be used again but it worked.
