Received FAKE Apple AirPods Pro from Amazon (Appario Retail Private Ltd.)

I have received Fake AirPods Pro with Magsafe case from Amazon today. Seller is Appario Retail Private Ltd. I have attached here pics to have a look at it. Strange thing is serial number is correct as per the Apple warranty check website and it is showing to activate the product. I had bought several Apple Products from the same seller in the past and never received any counterfeit products from Amazon. Please help me with your suggestions as to what can be done because Amazon do not have any replacement/refund policy on Apple products.
Appario has a habit of selling slightly damaged boxes as a new and they pack it in warehouse, If the box is highly damaged or its a returned unboxed product then they will sell it as amazon renewed.
most of the times people will gladly open it and keep it, but as you mentioned you are frequent purchaser of apple products you figured it out.
all this chitchat would have been avoided if OP would have visited apple store, and by doing so apple also would grind amazon and this way a confirmation could have been achieved and amazon will also might find real culprit of this counterfeit issue if true, and with this no other person has to go through the pain OP is feeling with betrayal of trust and then create a thread over this topic and neither, each of us would have to fight over opinion of words.
but rather OP choose to defend apple to the best of having GOD level packaging and apple does no wrong in packaging.

People who still believe it’s original go check YouTube videos of people received counterfeit airpods from appario retail and also check reviews on amazon airpods pro page for confirmation of counterfeit products received by customers. @Deal_Freak stay cool bro….
