Received Smartbuy additional Cashback of 5% against Purchase of Amazon GVs for August’20. Check your HDFC CC/DC or Payzapp Card Statement.
For me I used HDFC CC and the cashback credit date is mentioned as 10th November’20.
Check your own statement.
I used One CC for purchasing 5K×4=20K Amazon GV and received 900 Cashback, directly credited to CC account.
Hence I received 15% total discount on all Amazon GVs purchased during Smartbuy sell for the month of August’20.
10% instant discount while placing the order with coupon SBSAVE and 5% additional cashback credited within 90 days of transaction via smartbuy.

U should get 5% additional cashback.
I received total 1800 against two HDFC CC for purchasing 40K GV.
Calculation:
Total GV amount = 40K
Instant 10% discount against coupon SBSAVE = 4K
Effective amount paid using HDFC CC = 36K
5% Cashback on 36K = 1800 Rs
Hope will get similar cashback against purchases of Amazon GVs via https://www.gyftr.com/hdfcsma...y/ Portal for September and October too.

Not sure why got only 3.33% instead of 5%. I used regalia card and should have gotten 5%

I also used Regalia CC and straightway received flat 5% cashback.
For DC, it was mentioned that 5% cashback will be credited as cashback point. You can check your DC cashback point from CARD tab.
However I can’t confirm this as I have not used any of my HDFC DC during August’20.

As per terms & conditions Times Points Debit Card is not eligible for this cashback.
But not sure about Times Credit Card. I think u are eligible for the cashback if bank is not considering this under Commercial/Dealer Credit Card segment.
You can definitely raise a complaint on HDFC portal to clarify this.

It should reflect in your CC statement(check both current & last statement).
For me, transaction date is mentioned as 10/11/20 but it is posted yesterday only.
In description it is mentioned as “Smartbuy cashback monthly Aug20”.

i too got 250 rs cashback on amazon voucher for diners club miles card on 5k voucher. But is this over and above the 5% reward points?
got 450 cb for cc.. yest got 900 points for 1 account.. actually used 4 debit cards but got in 1.. not sure those 900 points are related to smart buy gv purchases
All above cashbacks dated dec 1st are for november 2020 trasactions ,not for sep or oct so check yor spends accordingly
