Received SMS provide ur detail to claim refund of XXXX outstanding amount from Federal bank anybody else received the same, I’m confused coz I don’t hold any Federal bank account and SMS mention about prepaid card I doubt it’s related to TMW wallet as it had Federal bank VC and my XXXX amount was stucked in it, is it possible? I installed TMW app to check but after putting registered mobile No to receive OTP for logging it’s just buffering. Below is the SMS
Hi, an amount of Rs XXXX is seen outstanding in your prepaid card. To claim the refund, please mail your card no, A/c no, IFS code, registered contact number and scanned copy of your registered KYC documents to [email protected] -Federal Bank

If you never put your money in something, do not expect a refund from that something, no matter how lucrative the amount is.
I have also received the same message for rs. 50.
I don’t think it’s tmw because I already had zero balance in tmw.
I guess it’s from paygyft wallet.
