Receiving less neucoins on tata neu app on medicine

Today i placed order on tata neu app on medicine after order was delivered i am receiving only 3.1% of order value of neu coins instead of 8% i usually receive i contacted their support on app but they are not understanding my problem i have raised a complaint on Twitter waiting for their reply can someone guide me what should I do now or is that everyone recieving less neucoins ?

It could be because of expiry of your "care plan". You receive extra 5% under it.

it is the mistake of tata neu app.
they are recording purchase in neu app as purchases directly from 1mg app and they are not giving 5 percent neu coins and they are not reflecting those orders in league rewards.
i have complained them that i made the payment through tata neu app. but they are saying their records are showing that payment was done in 1mg app and not tata neu app.
after several conversations. they raised complaint and said they will get back after 72 hours
my last two 1mg orders from tata neu app. they have given only 3 percent coins from care plan and did not give 5 percent coins that should get from tata neu app
click on human icon tata neu app, then go to help, then chatbot, type 1mg, select order and complain.

1mg via tataneu have major issues. if you buy via tataneu CC, the merchant name is shown as "paytm" so no 5% CB.
I now use 1mg to burn neucoins earned.

Same happened with me. Delivery charges 49 imposed after online payment.
No 5% coins. Every time you have to raise a complaint to get neucoins.
My 1mg Transaction is not counted in Neu league.
